Linguine with Sausage and Broccoli
8 oz dried linguine
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
8 oz turkey kielbasa sausage
2 heads fresh broccoli, cut up
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Fajita seasoning
Cook linguine. Dice pepper and onion and mince garlic. Saute in olive oil until onion begins to brown. Slice sausage diagonally 1/4 inch thick. Add to onion. Cut up broccoli in bite-sized pieces and add. Saute for about 5 minutes. Add cooked linguine, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, and Fajita seasoning. Heat through, about 2 minutes. Serves 4-6.
